With a new line of Ultra Efficient lights and, for the first time, Ultra Efficient integrated luminaires, Signify, the global leader in lighting, will assist customers in controlling their energy costs. Customers now have even more choices to incorporate the most effective energy-saving LED lighting into their homes thanks to the new, more varied product line.

The Ultra Efficient A-class Philips LED bulb, which was the first light bulb to satisfy the new A-class standard in Europe in 2021, is now joined by the new lights and luminaires. These lights use at least 50% less energy than ordinary Philips LED lights and have a lifespan of 50,000 hours, which is a significant increase in comparison to earlier times when people were less concerned of energy expenses. All Ultra Efficient products are created to meet the demanding new European energy labeling standards that went into effect in 2021 with an A-class certification.

Using ultra-efficient lighting and luminaires to conserve electricity

Home energy use is significantly influenced by lighting, and as winter approaches, homeowners may anticipate a large increase in energy costs. A significant contribution to energy consumption reduction can be made by switching from traditional lights or LEDs to exceptionally efficient LED substitutes.
